Book A Party

How It Works: We bring our full jewelry setup (chains, charms, welder, tools) to your location or host in-store. Guests choose their chain and we custom-fit and weld it on the spot.

Deposits & Minimums: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date/time. This deposit will go toward the host's jewelry purchase. A 5-piece minimum is required (bracelets, anklets, or necklaces). If fewer than 5 pieces are sold, the balance to meet the minimum is due by the host.

Host Perks: 
Deposit goes toward your own jewelry purchase. Bookings of 10+ pieces earn the host an extra perk (free charm or % off their chain).

Rules & Policies: All Sales Final - Jewelry is custom-fit and welded. Please choose carefully. Age Requirement - We serve clients ages 10+. Anyone under 18 must have a parent/guardian present. 
Rewelds - We offer free rewelds if your chain breaks at the jump ring. Outside chains (not purchased from us) incur a $10 reweld fee.

Medical Needs - If jewelry must be removed for medical procedures, we will reweld it free of charge afterward (with original chain).

Lost Jewelry - We cannot replace lost pieces. A new chain purchase is required.

Travel Fee - For off-site events beyond a 10-mile radius of Emporia, KS, a travel fee will apply.

Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance.

Balance of deposit is due on the day of the event.

Cancellations must be made 5+ days prior; deposit is non-refundable.
