 Each Butterprint trinket box begins as roll-press formed clay which is fired at 850°C. The decals are applied by hand, and fired at 1250°C to seal the decal to the ceramic. The pieces are then glazed and fired again at 1250°C for a durable finish. Every unit passes through human hands multiple times before packaging. About Twinkltoast
